In the days 14 e 17 November, a INAB – Industria Nacional de Bebidas Ltda carried out a cycle of official Compliance training, including employees from different sectors of the company. The training aimed to reinforce the organizational culture based on integrity, transparency, regulatory compliance and strict adherence to internal standards.
During meetings, were presented and discussed:
* The INAB Conduct Manual, base document that consolidates ethical principles, behavioral guidelines and standards expected in internal and external relationships;
* Compliance Policies specific to each sector, including operational guidance, rules of action, individual responsibilities and internal flows applicable to the trained areas;
* Risk prevention and mitigation procedures, reinforcing good corporate practices and institutional commitment to legal and regulatory compliance.
The training was mandatory, with registration of participation and availability of official materials, ensuring traceability and proof that employees have been properly instructed regarding the standards that govern their activities.
